Well to save me messaging everyone I thought I'd let you know this was that we will be back in the UK on 22nd July, our final gig here is on 21st and we are going straight to the airport afterwards, can't wait to get home. Had a nice surprise last Friday as our families showed up at the gig to surprise us. We haven't seen them since we came out here so it was great. I think we played extra well to impress them LOL.
Well the bad news is it seems this may be the end for the Vixens unless we can get some new members as we are losing 2. Amelia is leaving as she has taken up with the singer of the German band, she will be flying back here to be with him after spending two weeks with her family. That's our songwriter gone as well as keyboardist. Also Marti got engaged some months ago and she will be getting married in September, she has decided that when she is married she will be quitting so there goes our bass guitarist. Lizanne,Toni and myself are hoping to get replacments but it's going to be hard finding people we hit it off with like we do with them. After all we grew up together so it's a sad thing losing them. I guess we could carry on as a trio but the sound would be different. So if anyone knows a keyboard player or a bass guitarist let me know. We will be holding auditions once we get back in the UK so I'll keep you posted. I think we may already have a songwriter would be great if she can play bass or keyboard LOL.
